This single story home lends itself to year-round recreation in the sparkling pool with outdoor seating/dining and yard games. A split floorplan with a great room nestled in the middle allows for conversation and connection while providing privacy and relaxation for families and friends. GREAT ROOM This main living area has comfortable seating for all guests and includes a 50" Roku TV for movie night or catching the game. Login to your favorite subscriptions or see what's on YouTube Tv (provided for local/national network tv service) in this comfortable space. KITCHEN/DINING Our kitchen is stocked with serving ware and silverware, as well as small kitchen appliances to help you prepare a meal together or enjoy a cup of coffee. There is seating for 8 at the dining table (leaf and extra chairs in the master bedroom closet. TECH Every room (minus the small bedroom) and the main living area is equipped with a Roku smart TV, quipped with 50+ local and National channels via YouTube Tv. Our wifi is fast (200+ mbps on average) perfect for playing or working in the pocket office. A smart thermostat to maintain the optimal temperature in the home. MAIN SUITE Relax in the comfort of a king bed and the privacy enjoyed in the main suite, with an en suite garden tub, shower, and dual sinks. This room also boasts seating overlooking the backyard greenspace and pool areas. Includes a Roku TV ROOM 2 This room is a spacious relaxing space, featuring a queen bed with space to stretch out (and maybe even practice a yoga pose or two). Roku tv included. This room also has a view of the front porch, great for morning coffee. ROOM 3 This cozy retreat allows you to focus on catching up on rest in a comfortable queen bed, with a view of the greenspace. This room also boasts a Roku TV and pocket desk/office setup. ROOM 4 The room sleeps 2 guests on separate beds and provides the flexibility of toddler, teen, or adult guests. Stashed in the closet are games for kiddos and more mature board games. GUEST BATHROOM This bathroom is in close proximity to all the guest bedrooms, and is supplied with the essentials you need. (This is separate from the main suite bathroom, which offers similar amenities)

House Rules

GUEST EXPERIENCE - No parties or events allowed (no matter the size). No unapproved visitors or guests. - Please respect the noise curfew at 10pm. We love our neighbors. - No smoking or vaping allowed, inside or outside any areas on the property. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Guests over the maximum capacity will incur a daily fee of $150. PROPERTY ACCESS - There is no garage access for guests during your stay. - There is an owners closet in the kitchen and an owners cabinet in the master closet. These are restricted from guest use. - There is ample pantry shelving in the hall adjacent to the kitchen for pantry and sundry storage during your stay. - Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please do move inside furniture onto the patio. PETS - Only 1 preapproved small/medium dog is allowed and must be kenneled anytime you leave and overnight. - We ask you to clean up after your pet. POOL - For your safety, please keep the pool gate closed at all times. - Our pool cleaners come once a week in the morning for a cleaning. They will enter and exit through without needing inside home access. - Please do not make adjustments to the pool pump. AIR CONDITIONING - Our air conditioning will be precooled before check in. We leave our property at 76 during the summer and 70 in the winter, with some adjustment at the thermostat. EV CHARGING - Please reach out if you plan to charge your electric vehicle so we can prepare chargebacks during your stay - EV charging is not included. CHECK IN/OUT - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Our locks are programmed to not allow access ahead of time or after check out - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages incurred - Please lock all doors and close all windows upon departure.

Guests have full access to our home, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy the pool, patio, and greenspace. For your safety, please do not access any locked cupboards or closets. Cleaning supplies and laundry facilities are provided for your convenience during your stay.

we enjoyed our stay, we didn't leave the house so I cannot rate the outside amenities but we enjoyed the house and the pool,it never felt to small. very clean,beds are comfy. Would stay there again.

One of the best airbnb homes we have ever rented! Everything was meticulously clean and well maintained. Spencer was extremely responsive to all needs and questions. The pool and yard area were also perfect for hanging out with family. Definitely recommend this house!

Spencer was so sweet and responsive to my letting him know that one smoke alarm had chirped 3 times. He not only sent a Walmart delivery with batteries, he sent us a very sweet treat 😀 The handyman showed up that same evening for 3 minutes to fix the problem. Thank you Spencer. We would definitely stay again.

Find us

Please utilize the garage or driveway for parking overnight. Should you have more than 2 cars that need to park at the property, please park on the street adjacent to the home. Queen creek is a walkable city, with 4.7 miles of trails that run through the heart of the city and connect you to neighboring parks. Walking through the villages is recommended to avoid vehicle traffic and enjoy much lower speed limits.
